Hello

I just joined this evening, so please forgive this question. I am looking for a teacher / master for private lessons in London, preferably in the evenings. I *think* wingchun is the way to go for now.

Can anybody offer some useful advice or tips ?

Thanks

Raj

Master James has said many times at HQ beginners class that it is more beneficial to learn and train in a class with lots of different people builds temperments etc. He advised us to use private lessons as a means to polish technique or to move on when you hit a sticking point. Generally he has said at our level they should be used as an extra on top of regular classes.

I did WC some years ago but my work times menat i ocudl only learn by private lesson. I had a great teacher in Sifu Nick Martin an dhe arranged for another person to come and help occasionally to aid in the very issue raised above.

I ofudn it worked for me and wish my work had allowed me to stay wiht it, in fact i am working my diary so that this year i cna get back and focus on sticking wiht it.
